Dr. Bose addresses students during the last class of the Fall 1995 semester. He first illustrates an experiment about sound deterioration and normal modes, using multiple re-recordings of a piece of music, a human voice and pink noise. He then takes off his academic hat and shares advice that he says he wishes someone had told him when he was about to graduate. He also invites his teaching assistants to offer their own insights about learning, teaching and encouraging recommendations. Recorded: Dec. 15, 1995.
